every day!

with anx it's tough to come in and keep going without dissolving. However, I've had a bit of a chuckle today because my doctor has asked me to monitor my blood pressure and has given me a machine to use at various times during the day. So today I've had everyone in the office checking their BP and they've got got high readings, so they now are all suffering a dose of health anxiety. making me laugh.... :roflmao:

Tell me about it. My anxiety has eased off this week :yahoo: but it's left me feeling really drained and tired..... so I booked a day off tomorrow! So today is my Friday. The plan is to go home, have a soak in the bath and put my PJ's on..... and chill! Hope tomorrow is better for you. xx
