Twitching in fingers

my fingers twitch randomly every so often I am worried though have a feeling it is because I spend most of my time at work on the computer, typing, maybe its something to do with that?? does anyone else get this?

My little finger started twitching the other day!!! It was weird lol but i to work on a computer all day , but never thought about that, just thought it was my muscles having a dance lol

Hi there, almost certainly to do with spending time on computor, try a little stretching and exercising your arms and fingers, all will be well!! x
