sertraline tablets side effects

hi all been on sertraline tablets for 3 weeks now the 1st week had awful panic attacks drowsiness jittery all time waking up in panic and sweating calmed down now but i have constantly shaky hands doctor says thats just me but im worried they constantly shke no matter what even at rest, could there be something wrong or is it just tablets? thanks.

Im on Sertraline 50mg (five months now) and my hands shook like that for a few weeks (about 4 I think ) It slowly went less and less as the weeks went on and dont have it at all now. It is one of the common side effects of Sertraline and usually disappears but some people on here have reported that they still shake after taking it for a long time.

thanks so much just reassuring to hear that did yours constantly shake even at rest, sometimes just look at them they going mad.
