Does this sound like a panic attack

I was just walking my daughter to nursery and all of a sudden my face felt numb and it felt as if my feet were stuck to the floor or made out of lead so I couldn't move them. My face is still a bit numb now with a general heavy feeling all over. I do suffer with anxiety but this is a bit extreme to what I normal feel. Worried as my heart wasn't racing and I have taken a Beta BLocker today

It sounds more like an anxiety attack to me than a panic attack but I wouldn't get too hung up on the exact name for it.

Not really, rang nhs direct and they've told me to be seen by Monday
