got doctors Panic

ok so ive been unwell for 4 days now cold sweating like mad feeling unwell yesterday i devoloped a bad chest with a cough .

finally going to see doctor today because im feeling worse .
but now i have made an appointment im starting to panic incase he says there is somthign wrong :weep::weep:

i feel like my heart is going to explode

It is more likely that you have a bug or a chest infection though isn't it?

well i felt horrible before i got the bad chest so thats why im abit panicy nicola

Aww you are worried cos you don't feel well but it doesn't mean it is anything serious

well my main thing is health anxiety so it allways makes me go nuts

There is a lot of this doing the rounds at the moment. Absolutely nothing to worry about.

sorry for the late update at the doctors he checked my temp urine and chest .
he told me it is a virus that i have the same thing he told my brother in law.

he said drink lots of fluid and take paracetamol. so that is exactly what im going to do

yes but its ok thinking like that but when anxiety and panic strikes its hard to control it but i do try my best

Always look at the positives and not the negatives and try to challenge your thought patterns
