sertraline and shaky hands?

hi all on week 3 on sertraline 50mg dose not really noticing change in mood but side effects bad, 1st week was so tired couldnt keep eyes open, my anxiety got worse had panic attack felt jittery on edge and waking up in panic calmed down a bit since but left with constant shaking hands.

even at rest they still shaking im beginning to worry my doc said wasnt tablets was just me? im beginning to think ive a circulation problem which is making anxiety worse and dont want to increase dose as side effects all over again.

anyone help?

I get shaky hands with taking this tablet. Found cutting out caffeine helped and the shakes have got less. hope this helps
