The past month I've been worrying more than normal due to a friends health. For the last week I've been lightheaded, nausea and a bit off balance. Over the last few days my left ear has felt a bit blocked.
I've an appointment next week to see my GP and to have blood tests, which normally means I'll faint.
I've had anxiety for 10 years but this last few weeks has been unbearable.
Are these symptoms associated with anxiety?
