hello, i am a 40 year old with severe health anxiety. Last week it was HIV now it is ALS because my middle finger hurts and i have buzzing and twitching all over my body. I wish sometimes i could just shut my mind off. I want to enjoy life again. I am on meds but they dont seem to be working. Time for something else. I'm hoping that there are people on here that have experienced some of the same things.
