I was scrolling down the posts today and could not believe how many threads described symptoms I have felt or feel. There are lots and I think this shows how this anxiety can affect us all and how powerful it is.
I however see this as a positive, as we can see that a lot of us have similar issues. Many have us have had assurances by doctors etc but are still affected. There are a lot of symptoms that are not what you would say are the typical ones such as palpatations etc.
Does anyone else feel the same?
