Well the first of many I hope! My partner has taken our eldest son to the cinema so I'm home alone with my youngest two boys. This is the first time I will have been alone with the boys since my anxiety started. The longest so far has only been an hour and a half, from picking the boys up from school and my partner coming home from work :-). Today they left at 2 and I'm not expecting them home till at least 9....and I feel fine :-) and on friday I managed to walk the boys to school instead of driving, I them sat through my eldests leaving assembly ( on my own, normally my dad comes but he wasn't well) AND I then walked to my dads house. I feel so chuffed with myself and finally feel I'm making a break from the nasty clutches of anxiety.
