Inositol Questions

Hi,

I have just been out and bought 650mg tablets of pure Inositol (in a bid to not have to resort to Citalopram).

I have taken 1 tablet per day so far (since Saturday) and I have already noticed that my sleeping has been more restful.

I just wondered if I am ok to up my dose straight away or if I should wait a few day to see how I get along with one?

Does anybody else have any positive experiences of Inositol?
