Headache 2 days, I'm scared.

Hello,
I have had a horrible headache for two days now, I have been taken paracetamol and nurofen not together, every four hours but it doesnt seem to have done anything, my neck, shoulders and eyes ache and have sharp pains.

Does this sound normal? Anxiety related? Stress related? Heat? High Blood pressure? I know that I cant get medical advice but any general advice would be brilliant, just to reassure myself a little. Sorry to witter on.

Aw i know what this is like, i have had a head ache all day and it hurts alot now and i have been worrying too. I think it must be stress and anxiety and because we're worrying about it it makes it ten times words. Hope your headache goes soon :)

Water - are you drinking enough?

If it doesn't go, go see a doctor.
Make sure you don't have a temperature.

I get migraines and headaches and they can last for days too.
If your shoulders, neck or jaw muscles are too tense it can cause headaches so try a hot bath and massage those areas.
