Help panic

Having a massive panic attack at the moment not had this for a long time woke up with it witch I think is the worst kind :mad::weep:

Straight on the phone to the nhs :ohmy:
For some reason they allways make me feel better weird :winks:

Plus wrighting this is calming me abit know there are others here to help
