I'm a 23 year old male. As far as i know, you'd prefer more English units, so my weight is 143 lbs (65 kg) and 6,03 ft high (184 cm) (if something's not ok, sorry, i had to use a converter found on Google). My blood pressure used to be like 130/80, 135/85 in the past. Now, i've been cheking it every day a few times a day and it's always more like 120/80, 110/70, my lowest systolic was 109/79, today morning. I know, I should be happy but somehow I find it strange because i've never had such low pressure. I've got a thing called "white coat" syndrome (?). When I took measure at the doctor, it was rather 160/100 or above, but recently it was 140/90, still considering my white coat syndrome, so it went down a bit.
I've lost a few kg recently due to my stomach problems. I wonder if this is the cause of my "lower than usual" blood pressure. What's more, due to those stomach problems, i'm still on diet, eating everything boiled, without fat etc.
When should I consider going to the doctor with this pressure? What is the lowest safe limit of it?
