HELP PLEASE !

Hi all,
Does anyone get involuntary muscle twitches in the arms or legs ?
I can be sitting at my pc when all of a sudden my arm will "jump".
I first had these months ago, but now I'm thinking about them I seem to be getting 6 or 7 a day. I have read that these are down to anxiety, just
need to convinvce myself that I have'nt got some neurological problem !!

Hi.

Have had twitches before but very rarely. Its probably nothing to worry about mate. Just anxiety like you said.

Hi Nigel

Please dont worry muscles twitches are pretty normal and nothing to worry too much about.

I would suggest you try and walk around a little more and get yourself a good back rest whilst your sitting down

hey nigel,
dont worry, i have these all the time. if its when you are sitting down its because your body is relaxing and the nerves are calming down.(thats what the doc said anyway)sometimes i would be sitting down and all of a sudden my foot jumps into mid air.its normal.

hi nigel.
i get this alot too. its quiet a comon thing.i tend to get them more when i'm actually in bed. maybe cos i more relaxed and safe there.

I get these a lot, more so when i'm in bed ready to drop off to sleep.
