Hi guys,
I'm 33 reasonably fit suffer from health anxiety and GAD.... I'm on 20 mg lexapro.
I have fears a out my body, had all checks with heart etc, stress test 12 months ago, Ecgs etc etc all perfect. Blood pressure perfect etc.
I sometimes get sore muscles from tension in the back shoulders and pecs.
Last week I got a massage and the guy got really stuck into my pec muscles saying they were a bit lumpy etc....
Anyways since then I've been a bit sore and have had some sharp pains on both sides like pinching etc. feels like little fluid sacks bellow the nippls towards the bottom of the pecs.
They are not hard lumps etc and are sore to touch.
Any advice would be great. Thanks.
