eye and facial twitch. Help please :-(

In a total panic here and really need ur advice. Last night my right eye was constantly twitching. Would not stop until I finally went sleep. Woke this morning and it's still there with a weird sensation inthe right side of my face. Kind of feels like a tingling sensation. Someone help :-( Rang the docs and I have to phone back at 2 for an appointment.

i have twitches through my face under eyes along ears and mouth sometimes ven neck jaw arms tingle apparantly anxiety can cause this but scares me to think something else used to associate it with my heart as was mostly left side scary hope ur ok xx
