Having a bad night :(

It's very muggy here in the East and I'm really feeling it with heart beating fast and breathing's not right! I've been feeling like this for about 3 hours:ohmy:

It's funny how when I have anxiety, the depression goes right out the window!!

Wish I could have some time when I have neither depression nor anxiety:yesyes: and how I know we all wish this for ourselves.
