you may have been talking about these symptoms before, but I can not find anyone describing that they suffer from extra beat, shortness of breath and choking sensations, although they are not anxious.
Although I do not feel the many extra beats clearly always, I can regularly get the feeling of suffocation - right at the Adam's apple, and shortness of breath, even when I lie down and relax and not have anxiety.
It can also wake me up at night.
My doctor says she can not tell if it's unconscious anxiety or heart.
Are there any of you experiencing this?
