eye focus problem

Hi,

Just wondered if this is a health anxiety symptom.

Seems strange it's fine when I'm relaxed and just doing things like watching tv, on the computer ect but after exercise my eyes struggle to focus on anything close to me, far away isn't a problem but anything within arms length goes blurry.

I play alot of football so it's not stopping me from doing anything.

Main concern is i've seen ALOT of people talking about having MS and having blurred vision but normally they have the blurred vision all the time.

I'm 22 so I'm assuming MS would be very rare at my age?

Its a very normal sign of anxiety to have blurred vision the eyes play tricks on us. Best thing i would advise is that you go to an optician get a full eye test

If it all comes out clear then i doubt there is any issue and to be honest once your at the optician you may notice your problem releaves itself.
