Hi guys i am new to this forum well i joined a couple of months ago and haven't really introduced myself on this, my name is Lauren and i have a fear of vomiting it is literally taking over my life i am only 17 years old, it has stopped me from doing so much, for example having meals out, drinking alcohol it has caused me to skip meal times and only eat food that i am used to i am scared of travelling far in a car/plane just in case it makes me sick i don't know what to do any more, i have days which i really good then days that are real bad, im so happy to see that im not the only person with this phobia, and id like to get to know a few people and share stories ect so yeah, bye guys:)
