is this anxiety??

Hi Im new to this, but i was wondering if its possible to feel nauseous even tho im not anxious??
i suffer from anxiety but im not anxious right not and feel like im going to throw up any minute and generally ill:(((

You may have a simple bug which is making you feel sick. Although the more you analyse it and think about it the worse it will be.

Lets not get too personal but I can go to bed feeling sick, dizzy, headache. Indulge in a bit of slap and tickle with my wife. Not even a hint of these things are wrong with me at that time. Then when it's all over I suddenly feel sick dizzy and have a headache again.
