Ringing in ears?

Hi peeps,

Ive been suffering with depression/anxiety for 8 weeks now.
Im now on day 10 on flux, and finding it hard!

Ive been feeling light headed and and had ringing in my ears for 6 weeks, and a private ENT told me this is due to anxiety/stress... has anyone else had or heard of this? Im hoping this symptoms will ease in time?

Hey,

I get the ringing in the ears thing, I try and distract myself.

I think that whey you live with anxiety/fear/panic, your focus is always internal, you notice any phisiological change and react to it with fear, which then fuels the anxiety. Round and round we go.:D

I'm hoping in time it will subside... But also I'm scared it won't!.. Lol
