Had cmht app today, the dr said I needed some medication due to my low mood, after discussing loads of different meds, we concluded on this one. I've had them before but can't really remember how I got on with them as I've had so much different meds, I didn't want any more meds but she said only real other option was ect, which I don't want, so its back on meds for me because I just can't function without medication, I'm not going to read any stories about side effects etc as I always end up freaking out but I'm glad of support and knowing others out there are on same meds. Also hopefully when the time comes the withdrawals won't be as bad as setraline was for me.
