Hey everyone just found this forum. Very busy I see. Thats good to know. My name is Scott & I live in Worcestershire UK. I have been suffering from panic attacks & anxiety on & off for a while now but have learned to usually keep things under control. Occasionally it grasps me again for a while (usually started by worrying about unexplained aches and pains etc & end up thinking the worse ha ha). Im at one of those times now which is how I found you all. Hope to be posting my experiences & hopefully be able to help others as they help me.
