i usually use socialanxietysupport but thought ide try out this site as it seems to be for more general anxiety which is what i suffer from... hope ur all having a good day anyway im living in the uk and welcome anyone who would like to chat i get extremely lonely being the only person i know with anxiety so i love forums that help us all get a chance to talk with like minded individuals :)
