Such a bad day!

Couldn't concentrate at work all day :( mind spin overtime and as a result every muscle aches and twitching :( !
Time for a bath for me and bump!

I was like that yesterday, couldn't seem to stay focused. Go to do jobs then forget what I was meant to do etc very frustrating. I have a customer faced job also which is kind of tough as I'm so anxious.

Hopefully it's a better shift today for us. :)
