Really just anxiety very worried

have been having a really bad week with my anxiety and is leading to me becoming very low and depressed have had upper back pain all week then last night woke up at 3.30 with a pain just at the top of my stomach am already worried about cancer in my oesopagus and these symptoms seem to be confirming it:weep: can this really be down to anxiety im really scared can these things be really brought on by anxiety

Yes those symptoms can be caused by anxiety so chill out for now. If your really worried go to your doctor and they can check out your symptoms and if its all ok you will feel somewhat reasurred.

i have been to the doctors was diagnosed with anemia and i have shared my fears with him and he has done his best to reassure me but i cant get the bad thoughts to go away at the back of my mind im convinced i have something really bad wrong with me and thats its going to kill me im so scared and unhappy
