I felt so bad on Saturday and Sunday I thought I was going to fall over when I was walking.
Monday was nearly as bad, so bad in fact I came home from work about 3.00pm and had a lie down.
I thought I had slept OK the previous nights to these days.
So Monday night I took one of my emergency Zopiclones that the Dr tells me I must use very spareinlgy and felt so very very much better yesterday. I took another one last night and feel in pretty good shape today.
I have told the doctor this happens before and know I cannot just take a knock-out drop each night, but he will just not explore with me why I might feel so very much better the next day after I do. As I say I know I can’t use these things habitually, but it would be so useful to explore with him is there is a reason why I feel so much better the following day.
