would symptoms come and go?

Hi all. Hope everyone is ok. My biggest fear and the one worry which plagues me is cancer. Would symptoms come and go or just stay and get progressively worse? Just wish I could get this out of my head. Since my last post the pain in my back and down below have eased off a lot but can't get rid of the niggle that something is wrong xx

Yes took a urine sample which was clear and said she wasn't overly concerned by my symptoms but I am lol xx
