hi all ...... new girl here lol
iv lurked on here for a while :blush: but never had the guts to speak openly about my health anxiety untill now...
i have 3 children and really cant go on living like this :weep: its awful, it feels like im trapped in a place i dont want to be if that makes sense.....
rreally hope i can get over it :blush:

i also have health anxiety and get really up tight about taking medicines to the point i dont take them!
