Citalopram help?

Was on citalopram for 6 years, Long time :weep: I decided to come off slow over 6 months. Been of them now for 4 days.

The only problem I am having is constant tiredness, and no energy, All I want to do is sleep.

I cant seem to gather any energy at all.

I am also experience OCD related anxiety ie phyisical feelings to cut my self, I ignore the feelings, But this does not happen if I am in bed relaxing, only when I am up and about so this tells me it may be anxiety related?

Perhaps you will feel better after a few weeks once your body has got used to it, 6 years is a long time , give yourself more time to adjust
