Anyone on 40mg citalopram?

Im on 30 and 40mg propranolol and still feel like poo :-( Thinking ov upping to 40 but abit scared. Im 5ft2 8 stone. Will I be ok or have bad side affects? Xx

Has your Dr suggested you up your dose sammie ? I didnt find the increase too bad personally, but I did have headaches and felt tireder for a while .Tc.Sue x

I'm on 40mg citalopram. I didn't feel much going up from 30 to 40. maybe slight nausea for a few days. But then I had been lucky with few side effects from the start.

Like you I wasn't really doing well at 30mg but the increase to 40mg really did it for me and though it took a while I started to climb out of the pit. Now I'm really glad I stuck with the citalopram as I'm getting on by leaps and bounds now.
