Hi,
I've read through other threads concerning this problem, checked pop-up's, installed latest Java, shut down and restarted, no joy?

It goes as far as saying it's 'sending login' then nothing? Any ideas?

I mean the browser you are using.

It could be that you are blocking pop-up windows as well
