Panicking!!!!!!!

I looked in the mirror this moring and after looking closely i can see the pulse in my neck! Its not massivly visable but i can see it!! Is this bad?? I googled and saw things like anourism and problem with the artery
Its worrying me! :-(
I also see my pulse in my stomach it bounces with it when i beats i was on the heart machines and pulse machines when i went to hospital not being able to breath due to reflux and the nurse said everything was fine :-/

don't worry this is normal, everyone has this, just the other day I was talking to my daughter and I could see her pulse in her neck. I also see my husbands one quite strong.
I also see my stomach pulsing with my pulse, it used to worry me but not so much any more. it's annoying when you sit cross legged and you can see your whole leg pulsing with it!!
