Hi everyone
Iam 43 and have suffered for the last two years with anxiety and panic attacks and Iam totally confused as to why as on the surface everythings ok...lovely partner, jobs a bit mad at times with long hours but ok, my daughters are coming for holidays next week for 3 weeks so should be on top of the world.
Two years ago I had a horrendous.period of time for a whole year at work which resulted in a two week period off with stress and citrolapam prescribed 10 mg and 2mg diazepam which help greatly but was wondering if anyone has advice on coping strategies for the panic attacks as they are awful and really drain me completely.....
