Nervous Newbie from Norfolk!

Hello to all!

Never joined a forum before so here goes. So a little about me - I'm 32 years old & have suffered from generalised anxiety disorder for numerous years worsened by a series of events in my recent past. When I found this forum I knew I had to join :D.

I'm hopeful that speaking to people going through similar will help me with bad days and I also hope I can help other people sharing some of my experiences too.

hi there im new too so thought i would say hi and any time you want to chat feel free, i have generalised anxiety and social anxiety and at the minute im really struggling to handle the symptoms, i keep telling myself things will get better!:hugs:
