im back on citalopram 20mg on day 7 , had i feel so so down today , just dont feel hungary and not eating , not sleeping when i should then sleep as i just dont want to face the day and the problems i have i know the cit takes time to work just hope it lifts me soon its so unfair what we have to go through:ohmy:

Yes, the meds, not you, I take it you stop them and then went back on them??

I did that, but had headaches and all sorts, so I just stopped.

The only problem I have no is bad anxiety, no other symptoms from coming off these drugs.

I feel more intouch with my spirit side is one benieft
