hi everyone

i want to do a sponsor something to raise awareness of mentail health i am going to raise money fot the mind charity and was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what i could do. Also if anyone wants to raise with me let me know im in north wales area

It all depends on how able bodied you are. Can you get out of the house? What will it cost you?

yeah i can get out of the house bit overweight but just want something to keep my mind occupied and work towards something, was thinking maybe a sponsored walk

How about a Come Dine With Me?

Get a group of friends who would be willing to give up their time and cook a 3 course meal. Each guest pays for their meal and a date is set for the next friend to play host and so on...

It raises money and it's enjoyable:)
