anxiety stinks in south west scotland

Hello,

I have recently come across this forum and thought iit would be an idea to join and talk to other folk that understand the condition and hopefully get help/help others in finding ways of dealing with it. I was diagnosed with anxiety a few months ago, have good days and some bad, it can be a battle to go to work in the mornings, but thankfully I have so far managed to deal with holding down a full time job and battling what is at times, quite a scary condition.
Anyway, I live in south west scotland, anyone interested in chatting about or discussing anxiety and trying to find ways to get through this, I'm all ears :)

Many Thanks Nicola. I have been reading the sub categories on the site, very informative and a great base of knowledge, I'm trying to find as much information as I can on my condition in hope that fully understanding it will help me on my road to recovery :)
