Anyone out there on Mirtazapine? I have been on the highest dose of 45mg for 5 weeks and still waiting for an improvement in my anxiety.

Hi Joy, I'm not on Mirtazapine but am on citalopram and have been told it could take a good couple of months before I see any real improvement as I am also suffering with anxiety to. I suggest to you that if there's no sign of improvement by then, go back and see your GP as it might not be the right med for you.
