Please help. Just dont feel like myself.

Hey guys. I was just wondering if anybody just feels odd. Not necessarily DP/DR, but I just feel scared or like something is off. I just dont feel like myself. In a strange and irritable mood. I really just don't know how to explain it and it makes me feel like a freak. Your advice would be appreciated!

Hi ... I was hoping by leaving it a few hrs you may have been given some answers or even a bit of light shead on this awfull feeling :weep: it has been the Bain of my life since I was 8 ... It's the core of my anxiety panic attacks . It's the cause of all my symptoms .... I'm hoping one day I will understand it .. And I hope you will too :bighug1: at least I'm not alone x
