Could it be a heat rash? Were you in a hot loft laying insulation?

Have a nice soak in the bath and the rash will probably disappear!

Im an Engineer and was in a factory where they use fibreglass, i could see it on the floor where i was working (lose fibre strands) admittedly it was around 35 degrees and i was in welding overalls and due to my anxiety i sweat a fair bit

I have worked with fibreglass a lot and never reacted to it. However working in hot environments and to us Brits 35 degrees is hot, heat rash for me is common.

I also get another thing in hot weather when I sweat a lot where my legs outbreak into loads of tiny spots, I think it is called folliculitis, if I wear the same trousers two days running?

Keeping as clean as possible and regular clothes changes helps a lot but sometimes I need an antibiotic cream.
