question for the girlies only!

Hi Girls, today is day 28 for me so the 4 week mark!

Im still anxious and have the headaches, periods of crying etc and I only had mild anxiety before going on these!

But Im on my period this week and I was wondering if coming on can increase your anxiety and other side effects in the start up phase? To much iniformation I know but my period is really heavy, like it was when I had my baby!!!

Im hoping when it passes I will be feeling a little better?

Let me know girls, its driving me crazy!!

I would imagine that throwing hormones into the mix is probably going to make everything worse! It usually does :(

Do you think the citalopram has made your period heavier? I hope it doesnt!!

I think it must be that, they are not usually like this!! But the cit is messing with everything. EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Yes, the hormones released around the time of your period increases anxiety and IBS if you suffer from that. Be extra kind to yourself on these days :hugs:
