Bright red dot's appearing all over

Hi my name is chris and i'm 33.. recentely red dots have started appearing on my chest and now my arms.. and i'm freaking out totally i've googled and the results made me feel 20x worse as i got the terms "skin cancer" and god knows what else (i had to lie down i felt the scared) am i worrying over nothing or is something really really wrong here? (ps sorry about punctuation)

You really need to get these seen by a doctor as we cannot diagnose anything and I would hate to send you away and say it is nothing.
