allergies

Im really getting myself a bit worked up with things the last couple of weeks Ive been having weird symptoms with my skin itching and prickling and my allergies flaring up like crazy along with issues with my ears feeling blocked. I have always had hayfever but this goes way beyond my usual symptoms & i cant work out what could be triggering it or if its anxiety symptoms which is what the doctors I have seen seem to think.

Now my throat feels like ive got hair caught in it and im stressing out and my nose keeps feeling like im going to get a nosebleed.

I started on 20mg of citalopram yesterday took 2nd tablet today. Anyone advise please??!
