Panic attacks symptoms are Racing heart, Feeling weak, faint etc..

Other symptoms are dizzy, Tingling or numbness in the hands and fingers, Sense of terror, of impending doom or death, Feeling sweaty or having chills, Chest pains, reathing difficulties, Feeling a loss of control.

It's horrible, I have been waking up to that most mornings lately. Are you on any medication?

I think you are dealing with a few types of anxiety. I honestly think that you should avoid taking in any type of medication for now. I think you should try to relax a bit more. Right now, try to close your eyes and just let it all out. If you just can't seem to do it on your own, get some professional help and seek the assistance of a doctor. Good luck!

Regular exercise, healthy diet and keep your body clean. That is the most effective treatment for anxiety. Of course family support would also be great.
