Hi guys, newbie and long term lurker here!! I've finally regisistered for the site as I've long since thought there was something wrong with my breathing causing countless weird symptoms ie stomach/digestion issues, headaches, post nasel drip, tinnitus, arm aches in fact you name it. Seen doctors but always end up with each individual sympton being treated, rather than as a whole. Whilst googling (I know it's bad but am pretty selective at what I read) found a link by Dinah Bradley about hyperventilating which some may find useful. Haven't read it all but for me gives some answers to the complete misery this causes.
