Hi everyone! :)
I'm new and found this website and it's so nice to have somewhere to be able to talk about anxiety etc especially when so many people in the outside world don't understand at all!!
My quick background is i had a panic attack 6 years ago on the tube, and since then its been linked to needing the toilet and being soo scared of having a loo accident in front of everyone! Its been so horrible and ive been feeling like i keep losing years of my life!
Since then ive tried different kinds of therapies and medication (amytriptaline, citalopram) but still nothing has really worked (and i gained 10 kilos from some medicine!) - so now i just live in my little bubble and its miserable!! Any help in the future would be great!
