Can anybody relate to my experience tonight??. This afternoon i was giving the garden a tidy up (long overdue)!! and felt anxious here and there, but tried to forget about it and carry on. But after i went to sleep i jumped up and felt my heart had stopped this ended up in me having a slight panic attack but now i feel like im drunk and my eyes are allover the place. Has anybody been through this too??. Thank you for any reasurance :-)
